Quick & Simple Breakfast Ideas

  • Yoghurt with walnuts, berries and seeds
  • One cup of whole grain, high fibre cereal mixed with greek yoghurt
  • Whole wheat toast with one tablespoon of natural peanut butter
  • Overnight oats – mix oatmeal with milk, yoghurt, cinnamon, banana or peanut butter and leave it overnight in the fridge – eat cold
  • Breakfast wrap with turkey, one slice of low sodium, swiss cheese, pre-cut tomatoes and other veggies (like red onions or shredded carrots) and Dijon mustard or homemade mayonnaise
  • Two hard boiled eggs, plus fruit (cut up a banana or strawberries)
  • A banana and a glass of milk
