1 slice whole wheat raisin bread
½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 chopped dry fig
1 tbsp slivered almonds
Dash cinnamon
1. Toast bread in a toaster. Meanwhile, mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Spread mixture on raisin toast. Serve.
