Chicken Wrap with Shredded Carrots

Ready in 10 minutes, makes 2 servings.

 

6oz cooked chicken breast, sliced into strips
2 medium carrots, shredded
6 slices avocado
2 oz low-fat cheese
2 whole-grain flour tortillas

 

Distribute all ingredients into tortillas evenly.  Warm up in microwave for 45 seconds, if desired. Serve.

 

Calories = 390

Carrots add crunch and vision-protecting Beta-carotene.

 

Fit Tip: Add a cup of soup and it’s a recovery dinner.
