Unexpected sidecar passenger call-up for Sayle

by isleofman.com 25th May 2012

A phonecall out of the blue a fortnight ago has led to local racer Matt Sayle going from semi-retirement to being part of a sidecar outfit for TT 2012.

Newcomer Mark Saunders found himself without a passenger, after Simon Briggs was unable to commit to the event.

Mark contacted Matt, who after sorting a few things out has agreed to get on-board in the last couple of days.

Speaking to Manx Radio this morning Matt said it's all been a bit last-minute: (play audio)

If you'd like to get involved with sponsoring the team call Matt Sayle on 433224.
