The Claremont Launches its Business Meetings, Seminars and Events Packages

by isleofman.com 23rd May 2012

Douglas based Sleepwell hotel, The Claremont has announced the launch of its Business, Meetings and Events Packages; a series of hospitality bundles designed specifically for corporate clients on the Island. The launch of the new products follows months of painstaking research into the needs of the Island’s business sector and are designed to impress with unique and tastefully presented menu offerings coupled with the latest in conference-room technologies.

Sleepwell hotels have been working in close cooperation with its local clientele in order to fill what it recognised to be an opening in the local corporate hospitality market and have formulated a response which is both in-line with market expectations and in-line with the hotel’s recent rebranding and multi-million pound refurbishment to a boutique, four-star venue. Each of the available packages is designed to cater for audiences of any size and at any time of day whilst remaining open to further client input concerning dietary, decorative and organisational requirements. Dedicated Events Hosts, on-call IT support and a choice of two flexible meeting rooms are also available.

General Manager of The Claremont, Ian Stephenson commented on the launch, “We are delighted to be able to offer our new range of Business Meetings, Seminars and Events packages to local businesses. We have all worked very hard over the past few months to ensure that The Claremont delivers to our clients a range of products that are totally unique to the Island both in terms of quality, presentation and flexibility. ‘’We have found the majority of our clients only require short term use of our meeting rooms for events such as corporate presentations, staff briefings and public consultations, maybe only for a couple of hours or so, as opposed to an entire day. This is precisely the facility and service we are now introducing and have matched this with some interesting and unique catering options for ultimate flexibility. We are all very much looking forward to the official launch of our packages and are confident in their future success.”
