Tax Agreement with Czech Republic Comes into Force

The Isle of Man’s Tax Information Exchange Agreement (TIEA) with the Czech Republic entered into force on 18 May.

 

The agreement was signed in London on 18 July 2011 by His Excellency Mr Michael Zantovsky, the Czech Ambassador and the then Treasury Minister, Anne Craine MHK. The Isle of Man ratified the agreement at the December 2011 sitting of Tynwald and the Czech Republic Embassy in London has now confirmed that the Czech Republic has completed its ratification procedures.
