Man found unconscious on Douglas street

Police in Douglas are investigating an incident which led to a 21-year-old man being found unconscious in the street.

The incident happened between midnight and 1am on Sunday in Wellington Street.

The man sustained a number of injuries which required treatment at Noble's Hospital.

He's since been discharged.

Police say they are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and who may have information on how his injuries were caused.
