Unions concerned over scope report recommendations

The Manx government looks set to be on a collision course with the unions over the scope of government report.

The independent report, published earlier this week, recommends the privatisation or corporatisation of a number of public sector services.

Chief Minister Allan Bell has stressed they are just recommendations, and that full consultation will take place.

But Secretary for the Employees' Side of the Whitley Council Eric Holmes thinks otherwise: (first part of audio clip)
