Water flush might discolour supplies

by isleofman.com 2nd May 2012

The Water Authority says it’s flushing out mineral deposits from water mains around the Island tonight and tomorrow.

Later tonight, Sulby, Ballaugh and Kirk Michael residents might notice their supplies are cloudy or discoloured.

Meanwhile tomorrow it’s the turn of Farmhill, Union Mills, Glen Vine, Crosby and Greeba.

Anybody noticing their water isn’t its usual colour is advised to run the tap until it runs clear.
