Places available for free seminar on next generation Voice over IP business phone systems
Leading Isle of Man-based communications and network solutions provider Wi-Manx is hosting a free seminar for businesses regarding Voice over IP business phone systems.
The event takes place at the Claremont Hotel in Douglas from 10.00am-12.30pm on Thursday, May 10 and will be led by representatives from SNOM UK, one of the leading suppliers of Voice over IP handsets and systems.
Wi-Manx Commercial Manager Gary Shilling explained: ‘We recently launched the Wi-Manx Hosted Phone system solution, housed in our state-of-the-art Heywood Datacentre in Douglas. A Hosted Phone solution offers many advantages over traditional on-premise systems - your staff can be located in the same office, a different branch, on the road, at home or on the other side of the world - the ideal solution for a mobile or distributed workforce.
‘Many businesses are required to implement a disaster recovery strategy, which can be a challenge with on-premise solutions; a hosted phone system solution overcomes this challenge and can play an integral part of any DR strategy.
‘We’re delighted to have with us for the seminar John Bennett, Managing Director for SNOM UK, and David Kirsopp, SNOM UK’s Technical Manager, who will give a practical demonstration of how a Voice over IP phone system works, and how it could benefit your company.’
Wi-Manx voice over IP telephony solutions offer savings of more than 50% when compared with conventional phone systems.
Gary added: ‘We are limited on spaces for this seminar – so the sooner you can get in touch, the better. For those lucky to secure a place, there will also be a delicious brunch from the Claremont.’
