The German Commissioners election blunder seems to have been resolved.
After taking legal advice, German Commissioners have been told a public declaration of the correct result will overturn the mistake made during last Thursday’s election.
The official announcement at the time said candidate Ken Watterson had failed to win a seat.
But the tables turned when it was discovered 100 votes had been missed from his tally, and it was newcomer Susan Boot who'd missed out on a seat.
