by isleofman.com 26th April 2012

The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall were introduced to some of the Isle of Man's top cycling talent, and its futures stars too, at a rain-soaked National Sports Centre this lunchtime.

The couple were given a Manx cycling jersey each, met Team Sky professionals Peter Kennaugh and Ben Swift, and spoke to one of the driving forces of the sport at youth level on the Island, Dot Tilbury.

Prince Charles also waved-off a race made up of some of the most promising Manx youngsters.

Dot told John Moss it was a great occasion
