Inquest into sidecar deaths continues

An inquest into the death of two TT sidecar competitors will be re-convened tomorrow morning (Thurs)

67 year old Bill Currie from Ellesmere Port and 59 year old passenger Kevin Morgan from Shrewsbury died in a crash at Ballacrye just past Ballaugh in a practice session last May.

Mr Currie was an experienced racer who first competed at the TT in 1969.

The inquest, in front of Coroner John Needham, will get underway at Douglas courthouse at 10am.

Shortly before that, Mr Needham will open and adjourn a further two inquests.

Thirty three year old Scott John Clark from Maughold died suddenly earlier this month and sixty eight year old Ronald Herbert Hensby passed away on Saturday April 7 at his home in Baldrine.
