Consultation essential says Union boss

by isleofman.com 18th April 2012

A Trade Union official in the Isle of Man is calling on the government to make sure the public is onside with any proposed changes.

Secretary of Prospect Angela Moffatt says with hints of more cuts to public services there must be some consultation with those who are likely to be directly affected.

On Manx Radio's Agenda Programme, Chief Minister Allan Bell said he still hadn't read the scope of government report because he had been away.

Ms Moffatt says it's time he got on with it.
