Delaney enters pre-school debate

A former MHK and MLC is at Tynwald to help try and save state pre-school provision.

Dominic Delaney says he has gone to the sitting because people have been contacting him to see if he can do something.

Speaking to Manx Radio before the start of question time, Mr Delaney said there were alternative ways of saving money:
