The first week in June sees a repeat of the Level 1 Residential Cookery Course ‘French Cuisine Herve’s Way’ in the ManxSki Chalet in the beautiful French Alps just 45 minutes from Geneva International Airport.
Hervé Willems is a French Chef with extensive experience in Paris, the Loire Valley, Germany, London and Scotland, including operating his own restaurants. The tuition takes place over 5 days with ample time to enjoy the scenery and mouth-watering produce of this fascinating area. The cost of the course is £620, and for £430 a friend or partner can share a room and enjoy some of the many activities on offer in the region.
