It could be the end of the road for council committees this week as Douglas corporation considers a constitutional shakeup.
Council leader David Christian says a yes vote on Wednesday would see changes to the way councillors carry out business.
And in particular, committees such as policy and resources, leisure services and public health and housing would be done away with.
