There's a better chance of surviving a cardiac arrest as the Isle of Man's Ambulance Service recieves new advanced equipment.
Thirteen devices known as the LUCAS have been bought by six local charities who raised almost ?120,000.
The machine performs Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation with the precise pressure and timing needed to revive someone.
It will be in use across the Island from April, 1st.
