Ready in 5 minutes – makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
½ peeled orange
2 peeled mandarin oranges
½ cup frozen strawberries
7oz 100% orange juice
1 tsp Matcha green tea
1 scoop whey protein
½ cup plain low-fat yoghurt
Ice cubes
Blend all ingredients in a blender
Calories = 200
Protein = 30%
Carbs = 62%
