Why not try this healthy Sunshine Breakfast Shake

 

Ready in 5 minutes – makes 2 servings

 

Ingredients:

½ peeled orange
2 peeled mandarin oranges
½ cup frozen strawberries
7oz 100% orange juice
1 tsp Matcha green tea
1 scoop whey protein
½ cup plain low-fat yoghurt
Ice cubes

 

Blend all ingredients in a blender

Calories =  200
Protein = 30%
Carbs = 62%
Fat =  8%

 

Matcha green tea is widely available at health food stores. Just one teaspoon boasts as many fat burning flavonoids as 10 cups of green tea!! Research shows that drinking 3 – 5 cups of green tea per day can torch off 100 extra calories.
