Isle of Man Investment Manager Scoops Top City of London Award

Stuart Cowan, Senior Investment Director at Ramsey Crookall & Co was announced as Wealth Manager of the Year 2012 at the City of London Wealth Management awards held at the auspicious Mansion House in London last Thursday evening. A party of Directors attended the event and Joanna Crookall was delighted to collect the award on Stuart’s behalf.

 

The purpose of the City of London Wealth Management Awards is to recognise and promote quality of service from Wealth Managers and Stockbrokers throughout the United Kingdom.

 

These awards are unique in that the winners in each category are determined by the investors themselves. Ramsey Crookall were also short-listed in the Best Execution Only Equities Provider and Best Discretionary Management Service categories.

 

The award was presented to Joanna, Chief Executive Officer of Ramsey Crookall, by The Rt. Hon. Michael Portillo who hosted the evening. Joanna commented “I was delighted to accept the award on behalf of Stuart and the team at Ramsey Crookall. This is a well deserved recognition of everyone’s commitment and dedication and most importantly reflects the views of our clients.”

 

Stuart Cowan commented, “As a firm that has retained its traditional values, including meeting our clients’ expectations for high levels of service, together with a consistent approach to managing clients’ funds, this award serves to confirm our commitment to delivering and maintaining those high professional standards.”
