Hopes London City service can be taken over

by isleofman.com 23rd March 2012

Airport Director Ann Reynolds says she’s hopeful another airline can be found to operate the Island’s route to London City.

Yesterday, Aer Arann confirmed it was pulling out of the route in April after its Dublin route was transferred to Aer Lingus Regional.

The move will disappoint business passengers who use the route as an easy way to get to the City of London.

Ms Reynolds says the Department of Infrastructure is hopeful another company will take over.
