The average annual wage for a baggage handler at Ronaldsway Airport is almost ?34,500, a figure which includes around ?9,500 overtime.
The figures have been calculated by Manx Radio from the total annual wage bill, and the number of workers, both of which were revealed by Infrastructure Minister David Cretney during Tynwald questions today.
Mr Cretney told the court there were 34 full-time baggage handlers, 33 of which worked shift patterns.
