Reform needed in government pay dispute

Reform is key in future negotiations between government and unions.

That from MHK Alf Cannan as mediation is planned in the ongoing dispute over public sector pay.

Negotiations between the employers and employees side of the Whitley Council had been put on hold after a row.

Mr Cannan, the chairman of the employers side, says modernisation is vital.
