A campaigning solicitor’s visit to the Island has been hailed a success.
Yvonne Hossack met politicians, as well as residents and staff at Glenside residential home in Douglas during a 48 hour visit.
She’s called for an end to care home closures and for a drastic rethink of elderly care.
Organiser Richard Cox - whose grandmother resides at the home which is earmarked for closure - says it was a worthwhile exercise.
