Taste of mountain course for MGP Newcomers

by isleofman.com 17th March 2012

Potential newcomers to this year's Manx Grand Prix are in the Isle of Man for a long weekend to assess the challenge posed by the world famous Mountain Course.

Today they will venture onto the higher sections of the circuit, shrouded in fog on Friday.

Five of the riders spoke to Tim Glover on Manx Radio's Friday Sport programme.

Corran Smyth, Sam Middlemas, Chris Spooner, Martin Harvey and Peter Sutherland are all keen to experience road racing on the Isle of Man.

Sam Middlemass says despite the weather it's been a really useful trip already:-
