Conservation and development need consideration

The Isle of Man's head Planning and Building Control says we should consider conservation as well as new development.

The next step in the Island's planning process will consider development in the east, as the Southern Area Plan enters its final stages.

The current consultation looks at Douglas but Director Michael Gallagher says there's potential for development right across the Island:
