There have been problems for the Ben my Chree this morning (Sat)

The ferry set out at 8am on its scheduled crossing to Birkenhead, where she was due to arrive at 12.15, but had to turn back around 11am after suffering engine problems.

She's expected back in Douglas harbour at 1.30pm.

It means this afternoon's return sailing from Birkenhead at 2pm has been cancelled.

The Ben is expected to sail for Birkenhead again at 8am tomorrow morning (11th)
