Save our libraries - protest on Saturday

Protestors are making final preparations as they get ready to demonstrate against the planned closures of the family and mobile libraries.

They're taking place at the Family Library on Westmoreland Road in Douglas tomorrow (Saturday) from 10.30am to coincide with its open day.

Prospect's negotiations officer Angela Moffatt has been out collecting signatures for a petition.

She says public opinion has been heavily in favour of retaining the services:
