The Tynwald committee formed to look into the Kirk Michael School land exchange deal is asking the public for their views.
Heritage Homes wanted to build 100 properties on land at Douglas Road Corner, plans that were turned down by an independent inspector and the Council of Ministers.
The three member committee is assessing when access to the land was secured, the manner of negotiations and whether they represented value for money.
If you want to air your views, you should write to the clerk of the committee at legislative buildings in Douglas, IM1 3PW, by March 23.
