The adventures of a university lecturer who carried out pioneering research on a expedition to Mount Everest will be revealed this evening (Thursday).
‘Doctors in the Death Zone’ is the title of a public lecture organised by the Island’s medical research charity.
Dr Dan Martin holds the record for having had the lowest level of oxygen ever recorded in a human, measured near the summit of Everest.
The free-to-attend lecture at Keyll Darree by Noble’s Hospital starts at 7.30pm.
