The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators Isle of Man will be giving a presentation at the Palace Hotel this evening (Tues 6th)
Entitled "Foundations: Ready, Steady, Go - A Practical Perspective" it will be given by Directors of Dougherty Quinn Tom Maher and Annemarie Hughes.
The talk follows on from the Isle of Man Foundations Act 2011 receiving Royal Assent last November and the updated Financial Services rule book and regulated activities order coming into operation on 1 January this year.
This makes it possible for Isle of Man fiduciary service providers to act as a registered agent . . enforcer and council member of a Foundation.
The presentation will start at 6pm for 6.15 at the Cushag Suite.
