Harassment case adjourned

by isleofman.com 6th March 2012

A man convicted of harassing a former MHK and local advocate has been remanded in custody for a further three days.

Jonathan Flether, of Saddlestone, was found guilty of harassment against former South Douglas member Bill Malarkey and advocate Hazel Smith.

Mr Fletcher was due to be sentenced this morning (Tuesday) but that was delayed so he can take a psychiatric test.

The case will resume on Friday (March 9) at Douglas Courthouse.
