A man convicted of harassing a former MHK and a local advocate is back in court this morning (Tuesday).
Jonathan Fletcher, of Saddlestone, was arrested in January after failing to appear for a court hearing.
The offences were committed against former South Douglas member Bill Malarkey and Hazel Smith.
An application for bail was refused last month as Fletcher awaits social inquiry and psychiatric reports.
