by isleofman.com 5th March 2012

Please think again!

That’s the message to government as opposition grows to plans to close the Glenside residential home in Douglas.

The facility is due to shut in two years time as part of as part of an Island-wide initiative to offer more care for elderly people in their own homes.

She’s called for an end to closures of care homes and for a drastic rethink of elderly care.
