Dog owners warned over sheep attacks

Dog owners are again being urged to keep their animals on a lead when they're out in the countryside


At the end of last week a dog attack on a flock in a field near Douglas resulted in a number of sheep and lambs having to be put down.

John Kennaugh is an experienced farmer and co-presenter of Manx Radio's Countryside programme.

He says even if the sheep aren't directly attacked there can be dire consequences:
