London Olympics Goal for Gerrard

Keith Gerrard says the forthcoming track season will be all about qualifying for the London Olympics at 10,000 metres.

On the Cross- Country front, the new English Champion is delighted to have completed the double of Senior and Junior titles.

The 25 year-old from Peel won the Under-20 class in 2005 and took the full race honours at Parliament Hill in London on Saturday afternoon.

Gerrard was well aware his victory at the weekend had caused a stir back on the island:-
