A statement from Heritage Homes says they are "disappointed" by the recommendation of the independent inspector and the Council of Ministers, and will now be considering how to move forward
They say they are, "Encouraged by the positive conclusions reached by the inspector in respect of matters such as housing need, drainage, landscaping and the disposition of dwellings to neighbouring property".
They're statement ends, " Given that the land remains zoned for residential development we will now consider how best to progress a scheme which takes account of the issues which have been raised."
