Douglas landmark to 'light up'

A well known Douglas landmark is going to be given some special treatment this evening.

The Castle Mona will be lit up as it's never been before, between 5.45pm and 6.15pm.

The technique, known as guerilla lighting, shows the effect the right lighting can have on a property.

Ralph Peake from Luminaires is behind the project and says it will really change the way people see the Castle Mona:
