by isleofman.com 28th February 2012

A bid to introduce Freedom of Information in the Island has moved a step closer.

Chief Minister Allan Bell has vowed to have a bill ready to take to the House of Keys by the summer.

With Jersey estimating the act could initially cost them about ?1 million, Mr Bell admits such a measure needs to be carefully considered.
