The anniversary of the Island's worst air disaster is set to be marked at a service later this morning (Monday).
Thirty-five local people lost their lives when a plane travelling from Ronaldsway to Manchester crashed into Winter Hill in Lancashire on February 27, 1958.
There were just seven survivors.
The service is being held at the Winter Hill Memorial in Cooil-y-Ree Park in St John's at 11am.
