Average earnings in the Isle of Man rose by 1.8% between June 2010 and June 2011.
That's the headline figure of Treasury's latest Annual Earnings Survey.
Gross weekly pay of a person in full-time employment during that period was ?601.15 for a 37.8-hour week.
Wages in the Isle of Man were on average 0.7% below those in the United Kingdom.
The survey sampled a random selection of income tax records, with a questionnaire sent to the last known employer of each selected resident.
A breakdown of the figures shows on-average men earned almost ?60 per week more than women between June 2010 and June 2011.
The disparity between manual and non-manual male workers weekly wages was almost ?260 in favour of the latter, while for females it was ?207.
Fifty per cent of the Island's workforce earn less than ?480 per week.
