Warning over hoax phone calls

THE Manx Electricity Authority has warned customers of hoax calls which are currently circulating.

 
Customers are being told that they are being contacted regarding an overdue account.


The calls have been reported to the customer services team at the Manx Electricity Authority and the Office of Fair Trading has been informed.


If you are contacted do not provide any personal information to the caller.


Anyone who is concerned and would like further information is asked to contact the Manx Electricity Authority on 01624 687687.
