Commissioner in court on drug charges

A Port Erin Commissioner has appeared in court accused of growing cannabis.

Patricia Kelly is charged with one count of cultivating cannabis, one of being in possession of cannabis bush and one count of possession of cannabis resin.

No plea was entered at Wednesday's sitting of the Magistrates court.

Ms Kelly was bailed to appear again on the 7th of March.
