Police appeal after door is damaged

by isleofman.com 20th February 2012

POLICE are appealing for information after the door of a restaurant in Douglas was damaged.

The incident happened between 9.30pm on Saturday, February 11 and 8.30am on Sunday, February 12.

According to police the rear door of Alessandro's restaurant on Market Street was kicked numerous times.

This has caused the wood to splinter and has damaged the handle mechanism – something which will cost the owner a considerable amount of money to repair.

Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact PC Andy Reed at Lord Street Police Station on 01624 631212.
