APPRENTICE star Stuart Baggs will be the celebrity guest quizmaster at the next fundraising event for the Diana Princess of Wales Care at Home Trust.

The trust helps to provide hospice at home services in the Isle of Man.

Stuart, who runs Bluewave Communications Limited, became a household name as a contestant on series six of the hit BBC TV show The Apprentice.

The charity quiz takes place at Bar George, Douglas on Thursday, March 1, starting at 7pm.

Teams of eight can take part and as space is limited they are urged to apply early.

Entry is £20 per person and includes a hot and cold buffet. To apply contact trustee Laura Watterson on

Chairman of the Trust Ron Spencer said: "We were bowled over when Stuart chose the Trust to benefit from his appearance at the Chamber of Commerce last year, helping raise £1,000  – and we're doubly delighted he is able to use his presenting skills as quizmaster for us on what promises to be a great fun evening.

"We've already had prize offers from Shoprite, Winerite and Mercedes-Benz of Mann. Thanks also to Bar George for helping provide the perfect venue."
