MEETINGS have been scheduled between the Island's Social Care Minister and the relatives and carers of the residents of Glenside residential home.
Chris Robertshaw MHK will hold the meetings to explain the Department of Social Care's decision to close down the government run facility.
It was announced earlier this month that Glenside would be closed by 2014 as part of an overall rebalancing programme which will see government put more emphasis on helping the elderly stay at home.
