Three days of bliss for real ale fans

by isleofman.com 10th February 2012

Plans are well under way for the Isle of Man's first ever real ale festival this Easter.

It's being organised by the Isle of Man branch of CAMRA, the Campaign for Real Ale, and will feature beers from all over the United Kingdom.

The venue will be the Masonic Hall in Douglas, and the event is being advertised nationwide in the UK through the CAMRA newspaper.

Drinkers are being promised a warm welcome, a friendly atmosphere and entertainment from top local bands.

Festival organising committee member Alan Cooper says a mouth-watering selection of ales will be on offer (listen to audio file below):

The festival will run from April 12 to 14, and further information is available at iombeerfestival.com
