A SILVER Polo car sustained "extensive damage" after a hit and run road traffic collision.
Police say the incident happened overnight between Monday, February 6, and Tuesday, February 7.
The Polo, which was parked in the car park behind Onchan Library, suffered damage to its front nearside panel over the wheel.
Police say the driver of the vehicle that caused the damage did not stop at the scene or leave their contact details.
PC Graham Best, who is investigating this incident, said: "I would urge the driver of the vehicle that left the scene to contact me at Onchan Police Station on 01624 631212."
