Are incidents of criminal damage linked?

by isleofman.com 10th February 2012

POLICE in Onchan are investigating three incidents of criminal damage which they believe could be connected.

Two cars at the bottom of Alberta Drive had their wing mirrors removed sometime between Saturday, February 4 and Sunday, February 5.

In the same time period someone also kicked the front door of a house on Governors Road near to the roundabout with Summer Hill.

PC Graham Best who is investigating said: "We are hoping the public can help us establish if the same people who kicked the house door on Governors Road also caused the damage to the vehicles on Alberta Drive.

"I would like to hear from anyone who saw people acting suspiciously or in a disorderly manner in the area during the early hours."

Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Best on 01624 631212.
