A man convicted of harassing former MHK Bill Malarkey and advocate Hazel Smith is due back in court this morning (Friday).
Jonathan Fletcher, of Saddlestone, was arrested and remanded in custody last month after failing to appear in court.
He will be sentenced after social inquiry and psychiatric reports have been considered.
